AADA 2025: Honoring Vibrant Asian Works
The Asian Architecture Awards - AADA 2025 with the theme "Vibrant Asia" aims to honor works, designs and collections with cultural imprints, breakthrough creativity and the potential to positively influence the community in the future.
Mr. Pham Xuan Thiet - Author of Dong Dong collection, representative of Landco Corporation received the award "Asia's Best Furniture Design".
According to the organizers, out of more than 800 entries from 16 Asian countries, only 110 nominations were selected for the final round of evaluation and 63 outstanding projects were honored. Standing out among them, the creative interior collection Dong Dong from Vietnam won the category of Best Interior Design in Asia 2025, after conquering the expert panel with its unique blend of contemporary aesthetics, advanced production techniques and traditional cultural depth.

Dong Dong - Aspiration to bring interior design into the cultural flow of the country
According to the comments from the AADA Expert Council, Landco Corporation's Dong Dong furniture collection is a poetic harmony honoring Vietnamese identity, when the interior is elevated to a place containing heritage, life rhythm and national soul.
Inspired by rice grains, each design blooms like the harvest season, soft in lines, rich in meaning. The graceful curves evoke the shape of rice grains, turning living spaces into vivid stories of pride, memories and attachment.
“Dong Dong” was designed and completed by LandFurniture.
Dong Dong's distinctive feature is the fusion of tradition and modernity. The artisans use gold-plating, lacquering and hand-woven bamboo and rattan techniques to create products that are authentic and warm. At the same time, the modern shape and convenient functionality make Dong Dong suitable for both Asian and Western spaces. This is a collection that balances the past and the future, art and function, cultural identity and global values.
Dong Dong collection appeared at major international exhibitions in Europe.
Dong Dong is not just a collection but an aspiration of the Vietnamese furniture brand. In addition to AADA 2025, Dong Dong has been introduced at exhibitions such as Maison&Objet Paris 2023, Salone del Mobile Milano 2024 and left its mark on the international community, helping to convey the message of responsible design in the world of mass production: authentic, sustainable and cultural.
