Today's live pig price (December 19, 2024) in the Northern region recorded an increase in prices in the provinces of Lao Cai, Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, Thai Binh , Ha Nam, Vinh Phuc, Ninh Binh by 1,000 VND/kg.

Currently, the price of live pigs in this area is fluctuating from 65,000 - 67,000 VND/kg. Of which, Thai Binh has the highest price of live pigs in the country at 67,000 VND/kg.
Most of the remaining provinces and cities in the region traded at 66,000 VND/kg, except for Yen Bai , Lao Cai and Ninh Binh which sold at 65,000 VND/kg.

Central Highlands region
Similarly, the price of live pigs today (December 19, 2024) in the Central Highlands region recorded price fluctuations in the provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh , Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, and Khanh Hoa.
The price of live pigs in these provinces increased by 1,000 VND/kg, making Thanh Hoa province the province with the highest price of live pigs in the region at 66,000 VND/kg.
Currently, traders in the Central region are purchasing live pigs at around 63,000 - 66,000 VND/kg. The price of live pigs is commonly trading at 63,000 - 65,000 VND/kg in provinces and cities in this region.

Southern region
In contrast, the price of live pigs in the Southern region today (December 19, 2024) continues to have no fluctuations. Currently, Southern traders are purchasing live pigs at prices ranging from 62,000 - 66,000 VND/kg.
Of which, Tien Giang has the lowest pig price in the region, at 62,000 VND/kg, Dong Nai and Ba Ria - Vung Tau are the two localities with the highest pig price in the region, reaching 66,000 VND/kg.
Provinces and cities such as Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Phuoc, Can Tho, Long An, Ba Ria Binh Duong... have common prices of 63,000 - 64,000 VND/kg.
