The 1st Congress of the Party Committee of Dam Rong Commune, term 2025 - 2030, has the task of comprehensively assessing the achievements, limitations and difficulties in the past term; identifying opportunities and orientations for the entire Party Committee and People to carry out tasks in the next 5 years.
At the Congress, delegates heard a report on the results of the preparatory session; a report on the verification of the qualifications of delegates attending the Congress; a political report presented to the Congress; and a review report of the Executive Committee for the 2020-2030 term.
In addition, delegates listened to reports summarizing opinions on draft documents: Dam Rong 3 Commune Party Congress, Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and the 14th National Party Congress.
At the same time, delegates voted to pass the draft resolution of the Congress.
With the motto "Solidarity - Discipline - Democracy - Innovation - Development", the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of Dam Rong 3 commune, term 2025 - 2030 aims to focus on mobilizing resources, taking advantage of support from all levels and sectors to develop the economy - society quickly and comprehensively. Speaking at the Congress, Major General Truong Minh Duong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of Lam Dong Provincial Police acknowledged and commended the results achieved by all cadres, party members, soldiers of the armed forces and people of Da Rsal commune, Da M'Rong commune in the past and Dam Rong 3 commune today in the past term.
Major General Truong Minh Duong suggested that the Congress and the Party Committee of Dam Rong 3 commune focus on implementing a number of key tasks and solutions to implement the Action Program immediately after the Congress, including: Quickly stabilizing the organization, unifying ideology, promoting the strengths of each old commune; at the same time, overcoming the shortcomings and limitations that have been pointed out. The new Party Executive Committee of the commune needs to focus on leadership and direction to thoroughly disseminate to all cadres, party members and people the correct policies of the Party, policies and laws of the State on the arrangement of administrative units at all levels, and the organization of a 2-level local government model.
Focus on building a truly clean and strong Party organization; strengthen innovation in the Party's leadership methods on the basis of upholding the principle of democratic centralism, preserving and promoting the tradition of solidarity and unity within the Party.

Previously, the Standing Committee of the old Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee organized the announcement of personnel work; in which, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee appointed the Party Executive Committee of Dam Rong 3 commune consisting of 22 comrades; the Standing Committee of the Party Committee consisting of 8 comrades.
Comrade Lieng Hot Ha Hai was appointed to hold the position of Secretary, comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Thuyen and comrade Tran Duc Bac to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Dam Rong 3 Commune was established on the basis of merging two communes Da Rsal and Da M'rong (old Dam Rong district) with a natural area of 139.38 km² and a population of 15,841 people; of which, ethnic minorities account for 49%, distributed in 13 villages.
