One early summer morning, the inter-village roads in Thinh Minh were bustling with activity. New houses sprang up along both sides of the road, nestled amidst the green fields and gardens. The sounds of construction machinery and the laughter and chatter from the workshops and factories blended seamlessly into the rhythm of a region striving for development.

The lighting system, main roads, inter-hamlet roads, field roads, and green landscapes have been invested in and renovated comprehensively. Cultural and sports facilities have also received attention. The entire commune has built, repaired, upgraded, and expanded 11 cultural centers with a total cost of nearly 26 billion VND. These projects not only beautify the rural landscape but also create a foundation for economic development and improve the spiritual life of the people.
A prominent feature of Thinh Minh commune is its efforts to attract investment and expand development opportunities. To date, the commune has nearly 80 projects using non-budgetary capital with a total registered capital of nearly 45,000 billion VND, covering an area of over 3,000 hectares. Many projects are in the fields of tourism , services - trade, industry, infrastructure for industrial zones and clusters, and commercial housing, gradually creating more jobs and increasing income for the people. Simultaneously, trade and services have developed strongly, with total retail sales of goods and service revenue reaching over 600 billion VND, double that of 2020. Several types of tourism, such as ecotourism and paragliding, are also gradually taking shape.

Economic growth goes hand in hand with the goal of sustainable poverty reduction. By the beginning of 2026, the poverty rate in the commune will be reduced to below 2%. Over the years, the locality has created new jobs for thousands of workers, while also supporting the construction and repair of dozens of houses for disadvantaged households with a total budget of nearly 2.7 billion VND. New homes and stable jobs are clear evidence of the effectiveness of social welfare work in the area.
The road network in the commune is currently being invested in.
