VTV Times launches health page on digital content platform

On April 26, VTV Times - Vietnam Television officially launched the new interface of VTV Health Page, a digital content platform with the message: "Official medical information channel - For a healthy Vietnam."

Mr. Nguyen Trong Ninh - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of VTV Times said that in the context where anyone can become a "health expert" on social networks, when medical information is being misled, functional food advertisements are unverified and disease treatment tips are spreading widely, people are increasingly confused and disoriented when accessing medical information sources.

Amidst the “matrix” of false health information and the rise of “internet doctors,” the birth of an authentic, intuitive, and trustworthy medical website contributes to providing knowledge to improve health for the community.

The Health section is part of VTV's digital transformation strategy, affirming the role of the press in protecting the truth, protecting people and orienting society.

According to Mr. Ninh, this is not just an interface upgrade, but includes new sections with modern journalism content in the medical field - where scientific knowledge, accurate information and digital experiences are combined to serve people in the most practical and accessible way.

VTV Health page includes 5 sections: Medical news, online hospital, health and beauty, 90s life saving, inspiration.

Medical news updates medical policies, international trends, and reflects the current state of medical examination and treatment, service quality at medical facilities, and shortcomings in health product business operations.

The online hospital section includes a medical information portal for each specialty (internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics, pediatrics, cardiology, etc.), combined with advice from a team of reputable doctors. The section includes instructions on the examination process at major hospitals using an intuitive, easy-to-understand video system to help the examination process take place quickly, conveniently and economically.

The 90s Life Saving section includes short 90-second videos instructing first aid skills - easy to understand, easy to remember, easy to apply in emergency situations...
