The Minister emphasized that the ASEAN region needs to further promote sports development and contribute sports to sustainable development. In particular, focusing on some major topics such as: Awareness of sports; Sports creates development...
Specifically, Minister Nguyen Van Hung stated that with the awareness of Sports, it is necessary to have awareness and see that Sports is not only a sport to train and improve physical and human health, but it is also a connecting thread, lighting up solidarity between nations and ethnic groups.
Along with that, sports must create all development through close association with culture and tourism . From there, people have the maximum conditions to develop comprehensively in terms of intelligence and physical strength, becoming a high-quality human resource in the process of creating and developing for countries and for their own country.
"From that message, we hope that the contribution of sports will become bigger and clearer in the journey of sustainable sports development and it is also an opportunity for us to discuss more about sports economics. This is a new issue that in the future Vietnam wants to share in the development of our own country" - Minister Nguyen Van Hung emphasized.
