Looking back over the past period, the Party Committee Office in general and the Provincial Party Committee Office in particular have effectively promoted the role of a central advisory, synthesis, and service center for the Party Committee, making an important contribution to the comprehensive leadership and direction of the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. In every leadership activity of the Provincial Party Committee, the Office's mark is always clearly present from the advisory, organizational to service stages. Advisory work is increasingly proactive, timely, and closely following reality. The Office has coordinated with the Provincial Party Committee's departments, Party Committees, departments, branches, and localities to grasp the situation, synthesize information, and promptly report outstanding and unexpected incidents so that the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee can direct effective solutions; at the same time, promptly summarize and summarize the policies of the Central and the province; and has focused on core issues of strategic importance, helping the Party Committee to issue many feasible resolutions, programs, and plans. Hundreds of conferences, meetings, working sessions of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, receptions and working sessions with the Central working delegation, ministries, branches, localities... are all organized carefully, methodically, safely, in accordance with regulations, demonstrating professionalism, contributing to affirming the position and prestige of the Provincial Party Committee.

All were carried out synchronously and closely, ensuring the requirements and prescribed time. There was a lot of work, great pressure, and urgent time, but the office staff promoted the spirit of solidarity, coordinated smoothly, and worked overtime, including Saturdays and Sundays, to complete the tasks, not allowing any leadership and direction activities to be delayed or delayed.

That result not only reflects the office's capacity for consulting, synthesizing, and coordinating, but also demonstrates the spirit of innovation, flexible adaptability, and high political responsibility of the staff and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee Office. In the context of the whole Party promoting administrative reform, innovating leadership methods and digital transformation in all fields, the Party Committee Office must become the center for connecting information and political data of the whole province - an important focal point to help Party Committees at all levels grasp, handle and forecast the situation quickly, accurately and promptly. The Office gradually implements the goal of forming a digital ecosystem in Party work in accordance with the direction of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. The Office integrates all data on direction, management, reporting, statistics and evaluation from the province to the grassroots; connecting between Party agencies, the government, the Front and socio-political organizations. When completed, this system will not only help Party Committees operate effectively, save time, reduce administrative costs but also improve the capacity to monitor and evaluate the quality of implementation of resolutions and policies in the area.

This is a pivotal shift from a traditional administrative office to a smart office, from a service agency to a strategic advisory center. Office staff and civil servants must not only perform well in general and administrative tasks but also have the ability to analyze data, grasp trends, propose predictive solutions; become effective supporters of the Party Committee in policy making, decision making and handling complex practical problems.

The Office identifies the key tasks as continuing to promote the application of digital technology in document and work file management; building a synchronous electronic database, ensuring safety and security; developing a smart storage system associated with the historical data warehouse of the Provincial Party Committee. The Office focuses on developing digital infrastructure, gradually forming the Provincial Party Committee Information Operation Center - a place to synthesize, monitor, analyze and forecast the political, socio -economic, defense and security situation, serving leadership and direction.

Along with technical investment, the Provincial Party Committee Office considers human development as a key factor. The goal is to build a team of cadres and civil servants with strong political will, pure moral qualities, deep expertise, good synthetic thinking and the ability to master modern technology. The Provincial Party Committee Office is not only a technical innovation but also a comprehensive innovation in thinking, methods, people and working style - a shift from administration to intelligence, from reaction to initiative, from service to leadership.

The 95th anniversary of the Party Committee Office's tradition day is an opportunity for the cadres and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee Office to look back on the past journey to continue taking firm and important steps in the journey ahead, so that each generation of cadres and civil servants of the Party Committee Office can be more proud of the growth of the industry, of colleagues, of the homeland and the country.
