On the morning of December 1, the Department of Science and Technology of An Giang province organized a training conference to guide the use of paperless meeting room software for officials and civil servants of the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of communes, wards and special zones in the province.

The conference was held in two clusters of Rach Gia and Long Xuyen wards in online and in-person formats with the participation of more than 306 officials and civil servants in the province.

During a training session, officials and civil servants were instructed on administrative features for leaders of the People's Council and People's Committee offices of communes, wards, and special zones, and specialists (secretaries) in charge of organizing meetings, how to create meeting rooms, manage meetings, and upload documents.

At the same time, guide local IT officers on system administration, user creation, user groups, and member authorization.
