The compensation, support, and resettlement work for the Binh Dong Industrial Park Project and the Binh Dong Resettlement Area aims to ensure the correct procedures are followed in notifying households whose land is being acquired for the project (based on Clause 2, Article 87 of the Land Law 2024).
The Go Cong City Project Management and Land Development Board hereby informs the households whose names are on the attached list but have not yet received the land acquisition notice for the Binh Dong Industrial Park and Binh Dong Resettlement Area projects about the land acquisition notice as stipulated.
