Press release of the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Commission

During 2 days (July 31 and August 1, 2023), the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission (PCI) for the 2020-2025 term held its 26th regular meeting under the chairmanship of Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the PCI Le Van Nghia.

At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission (PCI) reviewed and concluded the following contents:

1. Resolving the denunciations against comrade Vuong Huu Nhi, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations, Secretary of the Party Cell of the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations Office, Member of the Central Council of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, Chairman of the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that some of the denunciations were correct, some of the denunciations were partially correct, and some of the denunciations did not have sufficient basis for conclusion. After consideration, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission agreed to transfer the process of consideration and disciplinary action against comrade Vuong Huu Nhi.

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee Le Van Nghia spoke at the meeting.

2. Reviewing the results of the inspection of the implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement tasks within the Party, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that: In addition to the advantages, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the Inspection Commission of the Buon Ho City Party Committee; the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Inspection Commission of the District Party Committees of Buon Don, Krong Pac and M'Drak districts still have some shortcomings and limitations in leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement tasks within the Party. The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has requested the organizations to seriously learn from experience and promptly overcome the shortcomings and limitations pointed out.

3. Review the declaration of assets and income for 12 comrades who are officials under the management of the Provincial Party Standing Committee according to plan.

In addition to the above contents, at this session, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission considered and decided on a number of other important contents.
