NDO - The Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has announced that on November 8th, 23.7 million TNV shares of Thong Nhat Hanoi Joint Stock Company will officially be listed on the UPCoM market at HNX, with a reference price of 8,900 VND per share on the first trading day.

Thong Nhat Hanoi Joint Stock Company, stock code TNV (headquarters address at 10B Trang Thi Street, Hang Trong Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi), formerly Thong Nhat Bicycle Factory, was established in 1960.

In 2017, the company officially converted to a joint-stock company model with a charter capital of 237 billion VND.

TNV's main area of ​​activity is the production of bicycles and vehicles for people with disabilities... with a variety of products such as sports bicycles, commuter bicycles, children's bicycles, bicycle accessories...

Regarding business performance, in 2023, the company recorded net revenue of over VND 176.57 billion (a 24% increase compared to the same period in 2022), and after-tax profit of over VND 2.62 billion (a 19% decrease compared to the same period last year).

Also in 2023, the company's sales of sports bicycles decreased by 50%, to only nearly 12,000 units. However, sales of children's bicycles increased by 140% compared to the same period, with over 74,000 units sold. Meanwhile, the production of street bicycles remained stable at 88,000 units shipped.

In the first six months of 2024, the company's revenue reached over 60 billion VND, and its after-tax profit exceeded 300 million VND.

TNV plans to achieve revenue of 162 billion VND and after-tax profit of 2 billion VND in 2024.

On November 8th, 23.7 million TNV shares of Thong Nhat Hanoi Joint Stock Company will officially begin trading on the UPCoM market at HNX with a registered trading value of 237 billion VND and a reference price of 8,900 VND per share on the first trading day.
