POSTGRADUATE ADMISSION INFORMATION FOR 2026

Scope and Eligibility of Admissions: Applicants must have graduated from university (or equivalent); possess a foreign language proficiency level of 4 or higher according to the 6-level Vietnamese foreign language proficiency framework; have a clean record and be in good health to study; both domestic and international applicants are accepted. 2.

Step 1: Register an account and update your information at: https://tssdh.vnu.edu.vn

Step 2: Register for the application: Fill out the information and upload the following documents:

– University diploma and transcript – in the section “Upload University Diploma and Transcript”.

– English or Japanese language certificate – in the “Upload Foreign Language Certificate” section

Note: Other documents: Identity card/Passport, Health certificate, Scientific works/articles, other relevant documents… should be compressed into a single .zip file – in the “Upload Certificate of Completion of Supplementary Knowledge” section (if any).

Step 3: Click the "Record" button to confirm your application information.

Step 4: Pay the fee to complete the registration.

Applicants should transfer the payment to account number: 2600816336, account holder: Vietnam-Japan University, Vietnam Investment and Development Bank ( BIDV ) – My Dinh Branch, using the following format: “Applicant's full name _ Abbreviated name of Training Program_Application Round”.

Step 5: Wait for the results

6. Fees and tuition

– Tuition fee for Vietnamese students: 92,000,000 VND/2 years (entire course).

– Tuition fee for foreigners: 110,000,000 VND/2 years (entire course).

– Application fee: 200,000 VND/application/round.

– Interview fee: 500,000 VND/per application/per round.

– Fees for supplementary knowledge courses: 100% subsidized.

7.2. Privileges for university graduates from the Vietnam-Japan University when pursuing a Master's degree, specifically as follows:
