Recently, leaker Ice Universe revealed some information regarding the dimensions of the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra will have a better screen-to-body ratio than its predecessor, and with its rounded corners, the S25 Ultra will feel more comfortable to hold for extended periods compared to the S24 Ultra.

Previously, this leaker also revealed that the S25 Ultra phone would use a quad-camera system on the back. The cameras include a 200MP main sensor, a 12MP ultrawide camera, a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP periscope lens with 5x optical zoom. Both telephoto cameras have PDAF and OIS.
Reportedly, the product may launch exclusively with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 4. However, some sources suggest that Samsung may release two versions, one using the Exynos 2500.
Additionally, Samsung will retain the same 5,000 mAh battery capacity as the Galaxy S models for the S25 Ultra and support 45W wired fast charging technology.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to come pre-installed with the One UI 7 user interface based on Android 15 upon release. Additionally, rumors suggest the smartphone will have a thinner body than its predecessor.
