Born and raised in a family with a rich revolutionary tradition in Gia Loc ward, Tay Ninh province, Le Hao (born in 1994) has a grandfather who was a martyr, and both his paternal and maternal sides have 11 martyrs and 3 Heroic Vietnamese Mothers. From a young age, Hao heard stories about the courage, love for the country, and silent sacrifices of previous generations. While a third-year student at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry, with a burning desire to contribute, Hao decided to change direction and apply to the Political Officer Training School. He was accepted as the second-highest scoring student, and he continuously strived to graduate as the valedictorian of his class in 2020 – marking the beginning of his journey of dedication as a young officer.

First Lieutenant Le Hao excellently completed his nhiệm vụ as a member of the commentary team for the parade commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory in 2024.

The period from 2020 to 2025 was a time when Le Hao continuously challenged himself and proved his worth through various tasks. From deputy political officer of a company, deputy political officer of a battalion to youth assistant in the Political Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Command (Military Region 7), he left his mark in every position with his creativity, passion for learning, and willingness to take on difficult tasks. He won first prize at the Ho Chi Minh City Excellent Presenter Competition in 2021, and third prize in the final round of the National Excellent Presenter and Propagandist Competition in 2022... Captain Le Hao has been awarded the titles of: Outstanding Soldier of the entire army, Outstanding Soldier of the entire country; received numerous commendations from the Minister of National Defense and the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; and was recognized as an Outstanding Young Person of the entire army, an Outstanding Young Citizen of Ho Chi Minh City, and an Outstanding Young Vietnamese in 2022.

Initiatives such as: "E-books on studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh"; "Electronic handbook for the Young Theorists Club"; or Hao's "Three-pronged shock troop youth union" model have been widely implemented among the youth of the armed forces in Ho Chi Minh City. His comrades jokingly call him a "prize-hunting expert," but for Hao, it's just a way to spread the spirit of daring to think, daring to act, and daring to take responsibility.

First Lieutenant Le Hao was honored with the title of Outstanding Young Vietnamese of 2022.

Having been assigned to work at the Army Youth Department, Captain Le Hao continued to demonstrate the pioneering and creative spirit of youth. Together with his unit, Hao advised, guided, and organized many practical movements and actions, contributing to the development of the pioneering spirit of the Army's youth and the successful completion of all assigned tasks.

Currently, as a student in the Tactical and Operational Officer Training System at the Political Academy, Hao continues to demonstrate dedication to his studies and scientific research. Last academic year, Captain Le Hao was one of three students awarded the title of "Outstanding Student" in the system and, together with his unit, achieved high results in the 2024 All-Army Civilian Mobilization Skills Competition.
