Hanoi FC and goalkeeper Bui Tan Truong have reached an agreement to terminate the contract 3 months ahead of schedule. Tan Truong will leave the capital team to join Binh Phuoc FC, playing in the 2023-2024 first division.
Coming to the Hang Day Stadium team since May 2020, goalkeeper Tan Truong quickly proved his ability and completely won the trust of the coaching staff in the role of goalkeeper.
Over 4 seasons, the goalkeeper born in 1986 has made 67 appearances, keeping a clean sheet in 26 matches for Hanoi Club. The goalkeeper from Dong Thap made an important contribution to the 2022 V-League championship, along with 2 National Cup championships (2020, 2022) and 2 National Super Cups (2020, 2022).

The 38-year-old goalkeeper's good form for his club helped him be named in the Vietnam national team for the 2020 AFF Cup and 2022 World Cup qualifiers.
Before the final match for the capital team, goalkeeper Bui Tan Truong said: "First of all, I would like to thank the team's leaders for trusting and giving me the opportunity to return to play after a period of rest. Since then, I have collected a number of noble titles as well as achieved the goal of returning to wear the Vietnamese national team jersey.

To replace goalkeeper Tan Truong, Hanoi FC registered goalkeeper Nguyen Ba Minh Hieu to replace Tan Truong. Thus, Hanoi FC currently has 3 goalkeepers including Van Hoang, Van Chuan and Minh Hieu.
