The Prime Minister proposed that both sides simultaneously implement three standard-gauge railway lines connecting Vietnam and China, with priority given to accelerating the commencement of construction of the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong line in December 2025.
The Prime Minister hopes that China will provide support in terms of preferential loans, technology transfer, human resource training, and cooperation with Vietnam in building a comprehensive and modern railway industry.
