Industry and Trade recover after Covid-19 pandemic

Key tasks to 2025

Continue to call for investment in developing trade infrastructure, delivery services, logistics, creating momentum for the development of civilized and modern trade types to meet the requirements of economic development. Promote domestic trade promotion activities and encourage domestic consumption. Promote the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" in the new situation. Deploy the plan to implement the Project on innovation in agricultural product consumption business methods for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030. Strengthen connections, introductions, and cooperation links in production and consumption, especially cooperation links with provinces and Ho Chi Minh City to promote agricultural product consumption; focus on developing a clean and safe agricultural product supply chain into Ho Chi Minh City's modern distribution channels.
At the same time, the province focuses on supporting enterprises in applying information technology and e-commerce to promote brands, develop markets, and develop e-commerce transactions on reputable e-commerce platforms. Support enterprises in accessing digital transformation, participating in the 4.0 industrial revolution; the national digital transformation program until 2025, with a vision to 2030.
Effectively implement the Project on border economic development associated with ensuring national defense and security in the province until 2025, with a vision to 2035; Study the trading practices of markets and the contents of free trade agreements that Vietnam has signed such as CPTPP, EVFTA, RCEP... so that enterprises can make the best use of preferential tariff advantages, improve competitiveness, boost exports and develop markets.
