Assign the People's Committee of Phu Tho province as the managing agency of Component 1 project to build a bridge connecting Phu Tho with Son La.

(Chinhphu.vn) - The Government Office has just issued Official Dispatch No. 9004/VPCP-CN conveying the opinion of Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha on assigning the competent authority to implement Component 1 of the Bridge Construction Investment Project from Provincial Road 433, Duc Nhan Commune, Phu Tho Province connecting with Provincial Road 114, Muong Bang Commune, Son La Province.

Specifically, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha agreed to assign the People's Committee of Phu Tho province as the competent authority to implement Component 1 of the Bridge Construction Investment Project from Provincial Road 433 in Duc Nhan commune, Phu Tho province connecting with Provincial Road 114 in Muong Bang commune, Son La province.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested the People's Committee of Phu Tho province to take full responsibility for the accuracy of the information and data of Component 1 of the above Project; and direct relevant agencies to implement procedures to establish an independent public investment project to implement Component 1 of the Project according to regulations.

At the same time, the People's Committee of Phu Tho province coordinates with the People's Committee of Son La province to synchronously deploy the Project to ensure progress, promote investment efficiency, and avoid waste and negativity.
