In congratulatory messages and letters, the Party Central Committee and key Vietnamese leaders congratulated the great achievements in various fields that the country and people of Cambodia have achieved in recent times and firmly believed that under the wise reign of King Norodom Sihamoni, the wise leadership of the Senate, the National Assembly and the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia with the Cambodian People's Party, headed by President Hun Sen, as the core, the Cambodian people will certainly continue to gain many new and greater achievements, successfully implement the Platform of the Cambodian People's Party for the 2023-2028 period, build an increasingly developed Cambodia, and the Cambodian people will have an increasingly prosperous and happy life.
Pleased with the achievements of the relationship of "good neighborliness, traditional friendship, comprehensive cooperation, long-term sustainability" between Vietnam and Cambodia in recent times, the Vietnamese leaders affirmed that they will continue to closely coordinate with the Cambodian leaders to realize the agreements between the high-ranking leaders of the two Parties and two countries, continue to preserve and foster the good traditional friendship between the two countries to develop more and more deeply, practically and effectively, for the benefit of the people of the two countries, contributing to peace , stability, cooperation, regional development as well as building a stable and prosperous ASEAN community.
