LIVE: Groundbreaking ceremony for boarding schools in land border communes

(Chinhphu.vn) - At 9:00 a.m. on November 9, the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of primary and secondary boarding schools in the border communes took place simultaneously. The program was broadcast live and online at 13 locations. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the groundbreaking ceremony at the main location: Yen Khuong Primary and Secondary Boarding School in Thanh Hoa.

The groundbreaking ceremony is an event of profound political , social and humanitarian significance to implement the Conclusion Notice No. 81-TB/TW dated July 18, 2025 of the Politburo on the policy of investing in building schools for border communes; Resolution No. 298/NQ-CP dated September 26, 2025 of the Government promulgating the Government's Action Plan to implement Conclusion Notice No. 81-TB/TW, demonstrating the special attention of the Party and State to compatriots, soldiers, especially students in the border areas of the Fatherland.
