The model's Executive Board consists of 27 members representing the Board of Directors, Youth Union and students of the school; Mr. Thai Phuoc Hiep, Vice Principal of An Giang 2 Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, is the head of the board. The members are mainly Kinh, Khmer, Chinese and Cham people.

The model was established to strengthen propaganda and mobilize ethnic minority union members and students to raise awareness and voluntarily comply with the law, contributing to reducing early marriage and incestuous marriage in the community.

At the launching ceremony, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of An Giang province disseminated the current situation, causes and consequences of child marriage and incestuous marriage; support policies and solutions to reduce child marriage; the 2014 Law on Marriage and Family and related regulations...
