Vinh Gia Primary - Secondary Boarding School has a scale of 45 classes, with 1,500 students, boarding about 600 students; formed on the basis of merging Luong An Tra Primary School "B" and Luong An Tra Secondary School. An Giang Provincial Project Management Board is the investor, with a total investment of more than 186.7 billion VND from the central budget; implementation progress from 2025 to 2027.

Giang Thanh Primary - Secondary Boarding School project has a total area of 4.2 hectares, meeting the learning needs of 1,000 students, including 430 boarding students.
The project renovates and expands buildings such as the administrative block, auditorium and library. At the same time, new items are built: 12 classrooms for primary school and 18 classrooms for secondary school; multi-purpose building, subject area, cafeteria, teachers' office building, dormitory for male and female students; gate, fence, yard, trees, synchronous technical infrastructure system; football field, botanical garden; modern and complete teaching equipment, boarding facilities.
The total estimated investment for the project is 187.5 billion VND, of which the central budget is 172.15 billion VND and the provincial budget is 14.85 billion VND. This is a key and urgent project in the school investment program for border areas according to the Conclusion Notice No. 81-TB/TW of the Politburo on the policy of building inter-level primary and secondary boarding schools in the mainland border communes.

Khanh An Primary and Secondary Boarding School Project invests in building a new block of 9 classrooms (secondary school), main gate, guard house, internal traffic, equipment... After investing in construction items to ensure the scale of 45 classes (including 32 primary school classes and 13 secondary school classes) with a total of 1,500 students, boarding about 96 students. The total estimated investment is nearly 15 billion VND.
The construction of a system of inter-level boarding schools is a major policy decision, with profound political, social and humanitarian significance, demonstrating the special attention of the Party and State to compatriots, soldiers, especially students in the border areas. At the same time, it demonstrates the determination of An Giang province in caring for the young generation, improving people's knowledge, and creating a driving force for the development of the border areas in the coming time.
