Green direction for the future

Climate change is becoming a major challenge for the agricultural sector, especially in localities with rapid urbanization such as Hanoi. In response to this reality, the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment has been making efforts to deploy many production models adapting to climate change, bringing new crop varieties with high productivity and quality into practice. Initial results show that this is not only a timely solution to cope with climate change but also opens up a sustainable direction for modern, green and effective agriculture.

Many areas under bridges are becoming landfills

In recent years, along with the strong development of the urban transport system, a series of elevated roads and overpasses in Hanoi have been put into use, contributing to reducing traffic congestion and creating a modern appearance for the capital. However, in contrast to the spacious appearance above, many spaces under the bridges are turning into environmental "black spots", when waste piles up, causing loss of aesthetics and pollution.
