According to statistics from a number of companies and businesses in Ca Mau , the highest Lunar New Year 2025 bonus is 36 million VND, the lowest is only 500,000 VND.

On December 27, information from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Ca Mau province said that up to now, more than 800 companies and enterprises have reported on the salary situation in 2024 and Tet bonuses in 2025.

Specifically, the average 2025 New Year bonus is 1.5 - 5 million VND/person. The highest bonus is 9 million VND and the lowest is 900,000 VND. The average 2025 Lunar New Year bonus is from 3 - 19 million VND, the highest is 36 million VND and the lowest is 500,000 VND. Compared to last year's Tet bonus, this year's Lunar New Year bonus is much lower (2024 is 200 million VND).

In addition, reports from businesses also show that the salary situation in 2024 has a big difference. The highest salary in 2024 is 36 million VND/month, the lowest is 3.9 million VND/month. While the highest salary in 2023 is over 100 million VND/month.
