The water level in Tuyen Quang city is 27 m, which will affect about 53 communes and wards in the province, specifically: Communes at the water level of 26 m and the following units: Nhan Ly and Xuan Quang communes, Chiem Hoa district; Duc Ninh, Minh Huong, Yen Phu, Bach Xa, Minh Dan, Phu Luu, Yen Thuan, Hung Duc communes, Ham Yen district; Thuong Am and Tam Da communes, Son Duong district; Chieu Yen commune, Yen Son district.
