Decide on the contents to operate the 2-level local government model

On the morning of June 27, the Hanoi People's Council, term XVI, 2021-2026, held its twenty-fourth session (special session) to consider and decide on important issues of the city within its authority. Speaking at the opening of the session, Chairman of the City People's Council Nguyen Ngoc Tuan said that this was a very special session, as in just a few days, Hanoi and the whole country will switch to a two-level local government model (from July 1, 2025). Therefore, the session has many important contents to be considered and approved to serve the two-level local government model.
