Langs Village is designed and built as a mixed-use complex of offices and shophouses, comprising one office building for rent and 11 shophouses (commercial townhouses).

The row of shophouses/commercial townhouses has a total area of ​​1,413 m2 with a construction land area of ​​1,251 m2. Each lot has an area ranging from 117.3 - 155.3 m2 with a design of 6 floors plus a mezzanine; the height of the first floor is 5.2 m, and the remaining floors are 3.15 m high.

The office building has a total area of ​​384 m2 with a construction land area of ​​368 m2. The floor area is 2,808 m2 and the total floor area is 8,985 m2. The building has 7 floors and a penthouse.

Langs Villages has three street frontages, facing the gate of the Foreign Trade University, and is close to external amenities such as Vincom Nguyen Chi Thanh, Lang Pagoda entertainment area, National Cinema, Transport Hospital, Children's Hospital, etc.
