The " Golden Hearts " charity concert , a fundraising event for the poor and the 2023 scholarship fund of Tan Xuan commune , may not have grandiose descriptions, but simply took place in the small schoolyard of Tan Xuan 1 Primary School. Ngoc Phong, the program's organizer, shared: "The program aims to celebrate the 2023 National Tourism Year 'Binh Thuan - Green Convergence,' and commemorate the 48th anniversary of the liberation of Ham Tan (April 22, 1975 - April 22, 2023) and the complete liberation of the South and reunification of the country (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2023). With the cooperation of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Xuan commune, we organized the 'Golden Hearts' charity concert to raise funds for the poor and the 2023 scholarship fund , hoping to join hands, share the best and most wonderful things, and support those who are still struggling." With nearly 334 million VND contributed by generous donors, the people of Tan Xuan commune, a still-underprivileged area, must be overjoyed. Two charitable houses were handed over to the families of Mr. Le Tien Dung and Mr. Le Thanh Phu, two households receiving 120 million VND from the charity housing support program, along with 30 gift packages and 40 scholarships (each worth 500,000 VND and 10 notebooks). As someone once said, "happiness is something very strange that one only receives when giving it to others." Let each of us try to give something, and then transform the happiness of others into our own happiness. The "Golden Hearts" music night embodies such simple acts of kindness.
Mr. Vo Minh Canh, Chairman of the Tan Xuan Commune People's Committee , shared: " Through this program, the Tan Xuan Commune People's Committee hopes to help the poor, support poor students to continue their education, and assist elderly people in difficult circumstances to stabilize their lives . However, currently, the entire commune still has 20 poor households, 49 near-poor households, and many elderly people living alone without support who need care. Among them, many families need support to build new houses, many families have dilapidated houses that need repair, and many poor households lack capital for production or service activities... unable to become self-reliant and are in great need of community support and assistance. There are still many poor students in difficult circumstances who need support and assistance so that they can continue their education and excel in their studies."

The fundraising concert "Golden Hearts" concluded with countless acts of kindness and contributions from businesses, philanthropists, and generous individuals. We acknowledge and thank you for your contributions and noble gestures for the poor in Tan Xuan commune. With this musical evening, they dedicated themselves with love, cherishing the land of Ham Tan and valuing kindness and compassion. A daughter of Tan Xuan like Ms. Truong Nha, though far from home, always looks towards Tan Xuan, the land that embraced her childhood and grew up amidst the hardships of that era. Along with the love of the "House of Empathy" volunteer group, singer Khanh Binh, editor and MC Diem Quynh helped mobilize artists to perform in this meaningful humanitarian program. Singer Phu Quy shared: “As long as I have information, no matter what the program is, if it's meaningful and shares with people in need, I will arrange to join in. As a singer contributing along with other artists participating in the program, seeing the heartfelt gestures of everyone, the hurried flowers given by the people, I cherish and appreciate this sentiment.”
Mr. Vo Minh Canh – Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, further shared: Through this program, the Commune People's Committee calls for the joint efforts and solidarity of everyone to work together with the local authorities to care for the people so that poverty reduction efforts are effective, the socio -economic life of the local people is improved, and the education work in the commune develops further.
