At the commemoration ceremony, delegates reviewed the unit's 45-year history of development. In the early years after national reunification, the Nhan Dan Newspaper was printed and transported from Hanoi to serve the southern provinces. At that time, the distribution did not meet the actual needs of local leaders, cadres, soldiers, and people in newly liberated areas who needed access to revolutionary newspapers and regular updates to disseminate information and mobilize the masses to understand and correctly implement the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws.

In order to bring the newspaper, which is the voice of the Party and the State, to cadres, soldiers, and people in the Central and Central Highlands provinces as quickly as possible, in early 1978, the Central Party Secretariat and the Editorial Board of Nhan Dan Newspaper decided to establish the Nhan Dan Newspaper Printing House Construction Committee in Da Nang city.
On August 25, 1978, the Editorial Board of Nhan Dan Newspaper issued an order to rehearse and test print the Nhan Dan Newspaper in Da Nang. On September 2, 1978, the first issue of Nhan Dan Newspaper, printed in four colors in Da Nang, was released at exactly 6:00 AM on National Day, September 2nd, simultaneously with Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, identical in both form and content.
Over the past 45 years, through continuous operation, learning, production, and investment for development, the company's leadership team has strived for excellence, maintaining unity and consensus, and effectively implementing the principles of democratic centralism in leadership and transparency in management and operation.
For the past 45 years, the company's staff and employees have maintained stable morale, upheld unity and consensus, and dedicated their abilities, enthusiasm, and high sense of responsibility to fulfilling their assigned political tasks in the best possible way.
Speaking at the anniversary ceremony, Comrade Le Quoc Minh affirmed: Having overcome many difficulties and challenges, generations of leaders, cadres, and employees of the Company, continuing the glorious tradition of the Party newspaper, have overcome ups and downs, always striving to successfully complete the task of printing the Nhan Dan Newspaper in Da Nang and parts of the Central region, ensuring accuracy in content, beauty in form, and timely distribution nationwide.

For many years, the printing company has consistently exceeded its financial targets set by higher authorities, operating efficiently, preserving and developing capital, and gradually improving the material and spiritual well-being of its employees.
Comrade Le Quoc Minh also acknowledged the achievements that the collective of the Nhan Dan Newspaper Printing Company in Da Nang has strived to achieve. He also requested the Company's leadership to further promote the spirit of unity, proactiveness, creativity, and flexibility in leadership, management, and operation of the unit; and for the collective of cadres and employees of the Company to continue striving to overcome difficulties, improve their work capacity, and make continuous efforts. From there, the Company will grow stronger, excellently fulfill its political tasks, achieve high efficiency in production and business activities, and simultaneously improve the material and spiritual lives of its employees.
On this occasion, on behalf of the Party Committee, the Editorial Board, and the leadership team of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Comrade Le Quoc Minh presented Nhan Dan Newspaper Printing Company in Da Nang with a banner bearing the inscription: "Unity - Innovation - Sustainable Development".
