At the same time, assign people to guard the overflow roads, trails across streams... not allowing vehicles and people to pass when floods appear; propaganda not to go to rivers, streams to fish, collect firewood, swim... when there is flood.

Urban areas arrange people at drainage system intakes to be ready to clear local flooding on inner-city roads and to clear away rocks and soil that may spill over into residential areas.

This rain may cause flooding on the rivers: Ba Che, Tien Yen, Ka Long, so it is necessary to closely monitor the developments.
