Immediately after being approved by the 16th National Assembly at its First Session, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man signed Resolution No. 17/2026/QH16 approving the Prime Minister's proposal on the appointment of Ministers and other members of the Government for the 2026-2031 term. Accordingly, Mr. Do Thanh Binh was approved to be appointed as Minister of the Interior.
