Biography of Comrade Do Hung Duc, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee

Comrade Do Hung Duc was born on April 10, 1987, in Son Thuy commune, Tuyen Quang province; he resides in Minh Xuan ward, Tuyen Quang province. He is of the San Diu ethnic group, holds a Master's degree in International Economics and Trade, has advanced political theory qualifications, and is proficient in Chinese (Level 5) and English (European B1 level). He joined the Party on February 6, 2015, and officially became a Party member on February 6, 2016.

From August 2011 to August 2016, he worked at the General Affairs Department, Department of Planning and Investment of Tuyen Quang province.

From September 2016 to July 2018, he worked at the General Affairs Department, Office of the Provincial Party Committee of Tuyen Quang province. In July 2018, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Administrative and Citizen Reception Department, Office of the Provincial Party Committee of Tuyen Quang province. Until December 2018, he held the position of Deputy Head of the General Affairs Department, Office of the Provincial Party Committee of Tuyen Quang province.

From September 2019 to March 2021, he served as Head of Administration, Office of the Provincial Party Committee of Tuyen Quang Province. From March 2021 to July 2022, he held the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the Provincial Party Committee of Tuyen Quang Province.

In July 2022, he was transferred to the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Yen Son District Party Committee, Tuyen Quang Province. From July 2024 to October 2024, he served as Acting Secretary of the Yen Son District Party Committee. From October 2024 to March 2025, he was Secretary of the Yen Son District Party Committee and Secretary of the Yen Son District Military Party Committee.

From March 2025 to June 2025, he will be a member of the Executive Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee; Secretary of the Yen Son District Party Committee; and Secretary of the Yen Son District Military Party Committee.

From July 2025 to September 2025, he held the position of Member of the Executive Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee; Secretary of the Minh Xuan Ward Party Committee; and Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Defense Command of Area 5 - Yen Son for the 2025-2030 term. From September 2025 to the present, he continues to be a Member of the Executive Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; Secretary of the Minh Xuan Ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; and Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Defense Command of Area 5 - Yen Son for the 2025-2030 term.

On May 27th, at the provincial People's Council meeting, Mr. Do Hung Duc was elected to the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province.
