Man City offers $110 million for Camavinga

According to Mundo Deportivo, Man City are particularly interested in Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga and are willing to spend 100 million euros (equivalent to 110 million USD) to get the signature of the French international.

Coach Pep Guardiola highly values the versatility and strong physique of Camavinga, who can play in all three positions: central midfielder, defense and center back. This is considered an alternative to Kevin De Bruyne, in the context that pillars such as Bernardo Silva, Ilkay Gundogan or Mateo Kovacic are all over 30.

However, the chances of this deal being successful are not high. Camavinga is a pillar in coach Xabi Alonso's long-term plans at Real. But if Man City make an offer "you can't refuse", Los Blancos may consider sitting down at the negotiating table.

Fulham ask to borrow Arsenal player

According to Sky Sports, Fulham have just asked to borrow Reiss Nelson from Arsenal. Last season, the striker born in 1999 played for Fulham on loan, but a hamstring injury kept him out of action since December.

Reiss Nelson currently has two years left on his contract with Arsenal. Since he is no longer in coach Mikel Arteta's plans, the possibility that Arsenal will agree to loan him to Fulham or even sell him outright is very high.

Arsenal close in on Viktor Gyokeres

Arsenal are close to signing striker Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting Lisbon, according to British sources. The two sides have agreed a transfer fee of around £55 million (US$71.5 million), excluding add-ons.

Notably, Gyokeres' agent has waived a £6 million ($7.8 million) commission to complete the deal. Gyokeres' former club Coventry City will also receive 10% of the transfer fee if the deal goes through.

Liverpool compete with Newcastle for Ekitike

According to journalist David Ornstein, Liverpool have officially entered the race to sign Eintracht Frankfurt striker Hugo Ekitike. Previously, Man United and Newcastle were early in pursuing the French striker.

Frankfurt value Ekitike at £80 million ($104 million). Newcastle had a bid of £70 million ($91 million) rejected. Liverpool may have to pay the full price if they want to complete the deal soon.

Ekitike has scored 22 goals and provided 12 assists in 48 games across all competitions in the 2024/25 season, becoming one of the most effective strikers in Europe at present.

Aston Villa target Garnacho

According to the Daily Mail, Aston Villa wants to recruit Alejandro Garnacho from Man United. However, the Old Trafford team will only accept letting the Argentine player leave if they receive 70 million pounds (equivalent to 91 million USD).

This high valuation is part of the reason why Garnacho and other players such as Antony, Rashford, Sancho, and Tyrell Malacia have not been able to find a new destination.

So far, Aston Villa has only spent less than 10 million pounds ($13 million) on three new players including Yasin Ozcan, Zepiqueno Redmond and Marco Bizot.

Chelsea want Nico O'Reilly

Chelsea are targeting Manchester City academy talent Nico O'Reilly. The Blues are ready to spend £20 million ($26 million) to convince their league rivals to let him go.

However, after letting Cole Palmer go to Chelsea last season, Man City became more cautious in internal Premier League deals.

O'Reilly is considered one of the brightest talents in the Man City academy. Currently in the Chelsea squad there are many former Man City young players such as Palmer, Romeo Lavia and Liam Delap, who are gradually asserting their positions at Stamford Bridge.
