On the morning of April 8th, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union and the Secretariat of the Vietnam Youth Union of Thanh Hoa province launched the "Popular Education Movement" for 2025 for officials, union members, and students in the province.
The delegates performed the ceremony to launch the "Popular Education Movement".
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Comrade Le Van Chau, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, and President of the Provincial Youth Federation, affirmed: The "Digital Literacy Movement" was launched among Youth Union members and young people to promote the role of Youth Union members and young people in supporting the improvement of digital skills and the ability to use digital devices and applications for the people.
Provincial Youth Union Secretary Le Van Chau delivered a speech at the launching ceremony.
This movement aims to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation of the nation; and to implement the directives of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union on the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation, specifically the "Popular Education for the Digital Age" movement.

Provincial Youth Union Secretary Le Van Chau expressed his wish that every official, union member, and young person would leverage their youthful energy, pioneering spirit, creativity, and initiative to contribute ideas and directly participate effectively in implementing the "Popular Education Movement".
Captain Nguyen Quang Minh, an officer from the Internal Political Security Department of the Provincial Police, provided guidance on accessing the internet and essential digital skills in a civilized manner, ensuring basic information security and privacy, and preventing digital fraud.
At the launching ceremony, more than 300 officials, union members, and students listened to speakers from the Provincial Police and Hong Duc University deliver presentations on the following topics: Guidance on accessing the internet and essential digital skills (using software and social networks) in a civilized manner, ensuring basic information security and avoiding digital fraud; equipping young union members with digital skills to effectively utilize digital services, platforms, and technologies , especially artificial intelligence, in their studies, work, and life.
At the program, the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Federation of Youth Associations established "Digital Literacy Teams for the People".
Immediately after the launch ceremony, the "Popular Education for the People" teams began guiding citizens in using online public services at the Public Administrative Service Center; assisting with the installation and use of VneID and secure electronic payments for citizens and small traders at markets throughout Thanh Hoa City.
