- On the morning of July 24, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee held a conference to implement the process of personnel work and to review and inspect the implementation of the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign.

At the conference, delegates carried out the process of electing the Standing Committee, Executive Committee, and key officials of the Provincial Youth Union; the Provincial Youth Union leaders announced and presented the Standing Committee's decision on the establishment of Youth Union organizations in 65 communes and wards; appointed the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee, and key positions of the Youth Union in communes and wards. Of which, 64 comrades were appointed to hold the position of Secretary and 57 comrades to hold the position of Deputy Secretary at the grassroots level.

Comrade Doan Thanh Cong, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the province, Head of the Youth Union and Children's Affairs Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province spoke at the conference.

Concluding the conference, the Provincial Youth Union leader requested that the cadres assigned to new tasks should quickly stabilize the organization, ensuring that the two-level government apparatus operates smoothly and effectively.
