At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Trong Anh Dong, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, announced the conclusions of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on personnel work.

Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Ha district was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee. Mr. Nguyen Van Dau, Deputy Chief Inspector of Lam Dong province, holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Lam Ha District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, and is recommended to be elected as Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Ha district for the 2021-2026 term.

Ms. Nguyen Thuy Hang, Chief Inspector of the Department of Information and Communications, was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Inspector of Lam Dong province.

The Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee appointed Mr. Vu Dinh Cuong, Head of Lam Dong Forestry Sub-Department to hold the position of Deputy Director of Lam Dong Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Mr. Nguyen Van Duc, Head of Mineral and Water Resources Management Department, Lam Dong Department of Natural Resources and Environment to hold the position of Deputy Director of Lam Dong Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Mr. Nguyen Tran Nhat Huy, Head of General and Planning Department, Department of Planning and Investment to hold the position of Deputy Director of Department of Planning and Investment.

Appoint Mr. Le Van Thanh, Chief Inspector, Department of Justice to hold the position of Deputy Director of Lam Dong Department of Justice.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc, Acting Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, said that perfecting the staff is an important task. In recent times, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee has paid attention to selecting and arranging staff according to the motto "choosing the right person, assigning the right job".

On October 10, Mr. Tran Hong Thai, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, signed a decision to assign the Directorship of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to Mr. Nguyen Van Trai, Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; and the Directorship of the Department of Construction to Mr. Bui Quang Son, Deputy Director of Lam Dong Department of Construction.

Previously, from October 1, Mr. Huynh Ngoc Hai, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Mr. Le Quang Trung, Director of the Department of Construction were allowed to retire early.
