The entrepreneurial journey of Ms. Le Thi Tinh (born 1961) began in 1996. At that time, she was a small trader selling a variety of items such as clothes, groceries, animal feed, etc. With diligence, a desire to learn and a sharp mind, she soon realized the potential of the local livestock industry.
In early 2014, she decided to establish Tinh Chuong Company Limited, expanding the scale of animal feed business. Not only stopping at selling, she also proactively connected with farmers, shared experiences, guaranteed output, built trust and strong relationships with customers.

Recalling the early years with countless difficulties, Ms. Tinh said: “At that time, I went to the market by motorbike. Although I had a team of professional technicians, many units still did not trust me and refused to sign a cooperation contract because they thought I was just a small, unstable business person. So I boldly borrowed 700 million VND to buy a car, creating professionalism in the eyes of partners and making work more convenient.”
Also in 2014, a major turning point came when Tinh Chuong Enterprise won the bid to invest in building Dinh Market in Cam Binh Commune. The couple decided to borrow nearly 20 billion VND to carry out the project. Thanks to their determination and perseverance, over the past 10 years, Dinh Market has become a bustling shopping destination with more than 180 small traders operating, serving the needs of local people and neighboring areas.
Not limiting herself to the field of animal feed business and market infrastructure investment, Ms. Tinh always grasps market trends to adjust the appropriate direction. In 2016, when the pig farming industry faced a crisis due to oversupply, Tinh Chuong Company Limited quickly shifted to a completely new field: gold and silver trading.
In 2019, when the local government called for the socialization of preschool education facilities, she continued to invest in building the Lien Co Chim Non preschool group in Cam Binh commune, with 4 classes and 70 children. By 2022, the company continued to build the second preschool facility in Cam Lac commune and invested in the third facility in Yen Hoa commune (now Thien Cam commune) in 2024. Currently, the system of 3 preschool education facilities invested by the company has about 200 children studying.
Not only investing in facilities, her family also proactively grows rice, vegetables and raises pigs, both ensuring food supply for educational institutions and helping to reduce costs.
“Investing in education activities does not bring much profit. Currently, the cost of studying and boarding for each child is less than 1.5 million VND/month, while the salary for the workforce is quite high, but I still maintain it because this is not only a business but also a responsibility to society” – Ms. Tinh expressed.

After nearly 30 years of business with many fluctuations and ups and downs, despite facing many failures, Ms. Tinh still maintains an optimistic spirit. Each difficulty and failure is a valuable lesson that helps her become more steadfast in the marketplace. Currently, although she is at retirement age, Ms. Tinh still manages all the company's affairs and gradually "passes on the profession" to her daughter.
Ms. Tinh shared: "Business activities in many fields, business people must be sensitive, grasp the market and every time I change or expand my business, I have to learn and study no matter what age. There were many extremely difficult times, losses but I did not get discouraged and continued to revive the business. For example, in 2016, the company lost about 5 billion VND due to a sharp drop in pork prices. The gold and silver sector was also sluggish for several years due to family funerals, few people bought gold for weddings. During the COVID-19 pandemic, schools were closed but we still kept teachers, and the market was affected by storms every year. Or recently, two storms No. 5 and 10 caused many kiosks at Dinh market to collapse, causing damage of about 2 billion VND but I had to quickly find workers to rebuild so that traders could soon stabilize their business."

Currently, Tinh Chuong Company Limited is creating stable jobs for 51 employees with an income of 6 - 10 million VND/person/month. Constantly innovating and adapting to the times, the business of businesswoman Le Thi Tinh is investing in 6 VinFast electric vehicle charging stations. This is a new step showing the businesswoman's acumen in constantly moving with the market.
Not only focusing on production and business, Ms. Tinh's enterprise also regularly carries out charity and social security activities, supporting disadvantaged people in the area such as giving livestock to create livelihoods for people, sponsoring difficult circumstances, and supporting the construction of new rural areas. With her contributions to society, she and her enterprise have been recognized and honored by many units and sectors.

With nearly 30 years of "traveling" in the business world, Ms. Tinh's journey is a testament to the image of a woman who is sensitive to the times, not afraid of change, daring to face and overcome failure. She is an inspiration for many generations of young entrepreneurs, especially women on the journey to assert themselves in the business field.
With courage, bold thinking, sharpness and a spirit of constant innovation, Ms. Le Thi Tinh not only led her business to overcome harsh challenges but also created her own mark in the business fields. From small retail trading, she built a company, developing many fields and industries. Besides, she always has a spirit of attachment to the community, actively participating in the activities of the Ha Tinh Women Entrepreneurs Association. That is the combination of economic success and social responsibility - something that the association always encourages. We are proud that she is one of the members of the association, a source of inspiration for the young generation of female entrepreneurs.
