Commencement of Nam Cau Phu Urban, Commercial Service and Eco-Villa Project

On the morning of October 10, at Cam Binh commune, the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province coordinated with T&T Group Joint Stock Company to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of the Nam Cau Phu urban, commercial and service area and ecological villa project, located in Cam Binh commune.

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Duy Lam - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Vo Trong Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Hong Linh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Tran The Dung - former Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; leaders of departments, branches and sectors.

The Nam Cau Phu urban, commercial and service area and ecological villa project is invested by T&T Group Joint Stock Company with a total investment of nearly 4,000 billion VND, land use scale of 49.9 hectares, including the following items: townhouses, villas; apartment buildings; social housing; commercial center, hotel; kindergarten; cultural house; trees, landscape, traffic system, synchronous and modern technical infrastructure.

The project is located in Cam Binh commune - the gateway to the central urban area of Ha Tinh province. When completed, the project will become a livable urban area, harmoniously combined with green space and landscape along Rao Cai river, creating a modern urban appearance for the locality. In particular, the project will meet the demand for residential land, while expanding urban land fund, solving housing and creating jobs, opening up opportunities to improve the lives and incomes of local people.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Mai Xuan Son - General Director of T&T Group Joint Stock Company said that with the spirit of bringing the world's quintessence combined with Vietnamese identity, T&T Group expects that the Nam Cau Phu urban, commercial and service area and ecological villas, after completion, will become a new symbolic project of Ha Tinh, contributing to shaping the local urban appearance in a modern, sustainable and rich-in-identity direction. At the same time, meeting the increasing housing needs of the people, thereby contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.

Speaking on behalf of the provincial leaders at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Bao Ha affirmed that the support and trust of investors is not only a great source of motivation, but also affirms the strong development potential of the province. At the same time, he highly appreciated the efforts of departments, branches and sectors and especially the consensus and support of the people that have created favorable conditions for the project to be implemented.

In order for the project to be implemented on schedule and ensure quality, it is recommended that immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony, the investor should focus on financial resources, increase human resources, equipment and comply with technical standards and procedures to organize the project implementation to ensure labor safety, environmental protection and security and order. At the same time, construct works to ensure quality and on schedule as committed.

For construction contractors, it is necessary to mobilize maximum human resources and equipment to speed up the construction progress. Absolutely comply with the provisions of the law on construction and ensure safety for the construction, underground and adjacent items; labor safety for people and construction equipment; environmental protection; fire and explosion prevention and fighting and other safety conditions according to the law.

For the Department of Finance and the Department of Construction, it is necessary to perform the function of supervising and guiding investors to implement the project in accordance with the signed project contract, comply with regulations on investment and construction procedures, standards and technical processes to implement the project on schedule, ensuring quality, labor safety and environmental sanitation.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested relevant departments, branches and Cam Binh Commune People's Committee to closely coordinate with the investor and relevant units in the process of organizing and implementing the project to ensure security, order, labor safety and environmental sanitation; promptly resolve difficulties and problems and create all conditions for the project to be implemented with quality assurance and on schedule.

We believe that with the determination of investors, the consensus of the people and the support of Party committees and authorities at all levels, the project will soon be completed, becoming an important highlight in the socio-economic development picture of the province,” emphasized Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Bau Ha.
