Gia Lai: Packaging Factory Project started at Ia Khuol Industrial Cluster

(GLO)- On the morning of August 19, at Ia Khuol Industrial Cluster (Tan Lap village, Ia Khuol commune, Gia Lai province), Tan Gia Bang Company Limited held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Packaging Factory Project.

Attending were representatives of the Department of Industry and Trade, Ia Khuol Commune People's Committee and Company staff.

The project of the factory producing plastic, paper and carton packaging has a scale of using 24,800 ^m2 of land, with a designed capacity of producing 2,000 tons of plastic packaging per year and 7,000 tons of paper and carton packaging per year.

The expected construction scale includes: paper packaging factory, raw material warehouse 4,240 ^m2 ; plastic packaging factory 2,880 ^m2 ; finished product warehouse 1,980 ^m2 ; other items 8,289 ^m2 ; trees 4,960 ^m2 and internal road yard 2,451 ^m2 .

Total expected investment capital is 70 billion VND, of which investor capital is 14 billion VND and mobilized capital is 56 billion VND.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Pham Minh Chau - Chairman of Ia Khuol Commune People's Committee - emphasized: This is an important event that not only marks a new development step of the enterprise, but also a meaningful milestone in the journey of building and developing Ia Khuol Industrial Cluster - one of the priorities in restructuring the industrial economic development of the commune.

In particular, after the Project is completed and put into operation, it will create jobs for many local workers, contributing to stabilizing life, increasing income for people and building new rural areas. The local government will accompany and create all favorable conditions for businesses to implement the Project on schedule, ensuring quality.

The Packaging Factory project is a project to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
