Building 1,200 social housing units in Ca Mau

On August 19, the People's Committee of Ca Mau province coordinated with T&T Group to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of a social housing project in An Xuyen ward (Ca Mau) with a scale of more than 1,200 apartments.

The social housing project in An Xuyen Ward, Ca Mau Province, belonging to the T&T Ca Mau Urban Area, is invested by T&T Land Ca Mau Company Limited - a member of T&T Group. The social housing project covers an area of 2.05 hectares, including 5 10-storey buildings with 1,241 apartments, providing accommodation for nearly 5,000 residents; in which, phase 1 will deploy a 10-storey building with a scale of 210 apartments.

Perspective of social housing area

The social housing area is designed in harmony with synchronously invested technical and social infrastructure, diverse utilities, and convenient traffic connections. When completed, the project will solve the housing needs of low-income people, workers and the disadvantaged; contribute to improving the quality of life, ensuring social security and shaping the appearance of a modern urban area in the central area of Ca Mau.

Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy General Director of T&T Group, said that in addition to large-scale commercial real estate projects, T&T Group has always been persistent in its mission of accompanying localities in social security programs, improving the quality of life and community welfare. Local leaders and investors perform groundbreaking ceremony for social housing project

On behalf of the provincial People's Committee, Vice Chairman of the Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee Huynh Huu Tri highly appreciated and welcomed T&T Group Joint Stock Company for actively participating in investment, demonstrating determination in implementing the construction of social housing - a field of profound humanitarian significance and urgent for the sustainable development of the province. At the same time, he expressed sincere thanks to households whose houses, residential land, production land... had been recovered for strictly complying with the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State and coordinating to hand over the site, creating conditions for the project to be implemented.

Vice Chairman of Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee Huynh Huu Tri suggested that after the groundbreaking ceremony, investors need to focus all their efforts, speed up the construction progress, ensure the completion of the project according to the plan, achieve quality, on schedule and soon put the project into effective operation.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, the People's Committee of Ca Mau province awarded certificates of merit to T&T Group and T&T Land Ca Mau Company Limited for their positive contributions to the implementation of the social housing program, affirming the close companionship between the government and enterprises in the goal of long-term development.
