On August 19, Hanoi University (HANU) launched the music video “Continuing the story of peace ”, composed by musician Nguyen Van Chung. This is a special art project to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.
The MV is performed in 13 languages currently taught at the school, including: Vietnamese, English, French, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish and Thai. The MV is a deep gratitude to the generations of fathers and brothers who sacrificed for independence and freedom; at the same time, affirming the responsibility and aspirations of the youth in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, contributing to spreading the message. Peace from Vietnam to international friends.
The MV “Continuing the story of peace” was filmed at many famous landmarks in Hanoi such as: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Hoan Kiem Lake, Temple of Literature, One Pillar Pagoda, West Lake, etc. Thereby, honoring the beauty of thousands of years of civilization, affirming the spirit of independence and self-reliance of the Vietnamese people.
With the message “Language is the bridge - Peace is the destination”, the art project clearly demonstrates the educational philosophy that Hanoi University has been steadfast in for over 65 years: Training global citizens rich in knowledge, confident in integration, attachment and dedication to the Fatherland. Each lecturer and student of HANU is a “messenger of peace”, contributing to promoting the image of a benevolent, resilient Vietnam with a strong desire to rise up in the international community.
Previously, Hanoi University successfully organized a meeting and talk with musician Nguyen Van Chung with the theme “HANU Youth Continues the Peace Story”. Immediately after that, the school also released the MV “Continuing the Peace Story” in English and received a lot of attention and support.
