Allocating funds to support people in overcoming the consequences of storm No. 10

On the afternoon of October 10, the Ha Tinh Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee held a meeting to discuss and agree on allocating funds from the province's relief fund to allocate the second phase to support overcoming the consequences of natural disasters caused by storm No. 10.

Due to the impact of storm No. 10, many localities in Ha Tinh suffered quite heavy damage. Towards the people of Ha Tinh, as of October 9, hundreds of units and individuals have supported and registered to support funds to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10 through the account of the Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee. Of which, the units have supported more than 78.6 billion VND and registered to support 18.8 billion VND.

To date, the amount of funding allocated to localities is 34.2 billion VND, of which the first allocation is more than 33.2 billion VND to support localities in overcoming damage caused by storm No. 10.

To continue the second allocation, at the meeting, members of the Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee met to discuss, consider plans, and allocate specific funding sources; thereby advising the province to allocate funds from the provincial relief source to localities to quickly overcome the consequences of natural disasters and stabilize life.

Also on the afternoon of October 10, the Ha Tinh Provincial Relief Committee received 100 million VND from Huong Son Hydropower Joint Stock Company to support Ha Tinh people affected by storm No. 10.
