T&T Homes' building received the award 'Worth living project in 2023'

Project No. 2 Pham Ngoc Thach ( Hanoi ) developed and consulted by T&T Homes has just been honored by Business Forum magazine (under VCCI) as "Worth living project in 2023".

The project passed the voting and evaluation process of the professional advisory board and millions of readers, to achieve the certification of "Worth living project in 2023". The representative of the project development consultancy unit said that the award partly affirms the capacity of T&T Homes and T&T Group in creating high-quality real estate projects with sustainable value as well as a place to live with quality living experiences for residents.

Within the framework of the event, T&T Homes was also honored as the Livable Project Developer 2023.

As a member of the Voting Council for the 2023 Livable Project Program, Mr. Tran Viet Thang, Deputy Chief of Office of the Hanoi Department of Planning and Architecture, highly appreciated the design that ensures 25% green space density in the project. According to him, this is a great advantage that creates sustainable value for residents, especially in the context of rapid urbanization, Hanoi has become one of the areas with alarming air quality pollution.

Previously, in the "Worth Living Project 2022" voting program organized by Business Forum Magazine, T&T Group was also honored as the Livable Project Developer 2022; T&T Victoria project (Vinh City, Nghe An) received the "Worth Living Project 2022" certification.
