On the morning of November 14, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with the Department of Grassroots Culture (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) to organize a rehearsal for the Red River Convergence mass art performance program.

Leaders of the Department of Grassroots Culture (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism ) spoke at the program.

The opening ceremony of the festival will take place at 8:00 p.m. on November 14, 2024, including special performances by artists and actors of the Thai Binh Cheo Theater. Immediately after the opening ceremony, there will be a performance of the Cheo play “The Sacred Letter” composed and staged by the Thai Binh Provincial People's Art Troupe.

The Red River Convergence Festival is an important cultural activity of the Red River Delta region, an opportunity for artists, actors, and amateur musicians representing the provinces of the Red River Delta to meet, exchange, and share experiences and creativity in artistic work. Through the festival, it contributes to introducing and promoting traditional art forms and unique cultural features of localities in the Red River Delta region.
