Ben Tre City hands over 6 new houses from the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses

Ben Tre City leaders attended the handover ceremony of the " Great Unity" house in Nhon Thanh commune.

City leaders and members of the delegation attended the handover ceremony of each family. 6 houses were handed over in Phu Tan ward, Phu Hung commune, Binh Phu commune, My Thanh An commune and Nhon Thanh commune.

Each newly built house has an area of ​​over 32m2, with wall structure, corrugated iron roof, and tiled floor. The total cost of building 6 houses is 360 million VND. The funding source is from the Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses in Ben Tre City, mobilizing the families of Ms. Vo Thi Ngoc Lieu, Mr. Huynh Chi Dang, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hanh, Phu Tan Ward, Ben Tre City to support each family with 60 million VND, the rest is contributed by the family.

In recognition of the donors' generosity, on the occasion of the house handover ceremony, the leaders of Ben Tre City awarded certificates of merit from the Provincial People's Committee to donors who have made many contributions to the program of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in Ben Tre City; the local government awarded recognition for the golden hearts of donors. The departments, branches of the commune, hamlet and donors presented many gifts to congratulate the families who have new solid houses, so they can work and produce with peace of mind.
