Tay Ninh speeds up land use rights auction

According to the Tay Ninh Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the unit assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to manage and organize the auction of 24 land locations in communes and wards with a total area of ​​over 605 hectares. Of which, 10 locations with nearly 80 hectares have met the auction conditions; the remaining 14 locations with an area of ​​over 525 hectares are continuing to complete procedures.

The Tay Ninh Provincial Land Fund Development Center was assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to manage and organize auctions of 24 land locations in communes and wards with a total area of ​​more than 605 hectares.

To speed up the progress, the Center has re-established the auction plan and submitted it to the competent authority for approval for 6 land locations; at the same time, it has requested the Department of Finance to appraise and advise the Provincial People's Committee to arrange auction funds for 13 other locations.

For some key projects, the Provincial People's Committee has re-approved the auction plan for the Commercial Residential Area pair DT.823D in My Hanh commune and Hoa Khanh commune according to Decision No. 2405/QD-UBND, dated August 12, 2025. Currently, the Center has hired a consulting unit to prepare a land valuation certificate to implement the next steps.

Regarding the land of Long An Provincial Stadium (old) in Long An Ward, with an area of ​​nearly 7.5 hectares, after being assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to manage from 2023, the Center has sent a document requesting the locality to submit to the Department of Finance to appraise the project documents of Tan An City Complex. However, this procedure has not been completed yet, affecting the auction progress.

To resolve the problem, on August 13, 2025, the Center sent Report No. 148/TTPTQD-QLKTQD to the Provincial People's Committee, recommending early approval of the policy to allow the implementation of investment dossiers for land funds managed by the Center. This will be the basis for the Provincial People's Committee to approve the auction plan and implement the steps according to regulations.
