To promote the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, the Party Committee, the government, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations of Luong Hoa commune, Tay Ninh province have implemented many good and creative ways, bringing positive results. In particular, since the merger of administrative units, the Party Committee of Luong Hoa commune has maintained the monthly flag-raising political activities associated with the study and follow of Uncle Ho.

During the flag-raising ceremony in the first week of the month, cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees heard a story about President Ho Chi Minh.

Accordingly, during the flag-raising ceremony on the first Monday of the month, all cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees are told stories and thoughts of President Ho Chi Minh. The topics are chosen in connection with holidays, anniversaries, political , cultural and social events of the locality and the country. This is not only an occasion to pay tribute and commemorate his great contributions but also a way to self-reflect and improve oneself, contributing to changing the thinking and actions of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees.

During the flag-raising ceremony on Monday morning, September 8, 2025, leaders, cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees listened to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao Uyen - teacher of Tan Buu Primary and Secondary School present the content: Uncle Ho and the morality of "Respecting teachers and valuing education". The short but profound story shows President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts and feelings towards the cause of education and those who carry the mission of "cultivating people".

Speaking at the flag-raising ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council Nguyen Anh Thu emphasized that education and training are identified as the top priority tasks of the entire political system and all classes of people, therefore, the Party Committee, the government, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations need to focus on implementing drastic solutions to successfully complete the targets on education and training, especially the targets set out in the Resolution of the 1st Party Congress of the commune, term 2025-2030.

In addition, it is necessary to strengthen propaganda and education among cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and people about the meaning of the morality of "Respecting teachers and valuing education"; proactively organize activities on the occasion of the anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20). Along with that, the team of cadres and teachers needs to continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, dedication to the profession, constantly study to improve professional qualifications and professional ethics, and be worthy of being a shining example for students to follow.

This is a model launched by the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Luong Hoa commune to mobilize contributions from cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees to support cadres and their children and students in difficult circumstances, creating motivation and encouraging the spirit of progress in life and study./.
