Kindergarten 12, District 4 (located on Doan Nhu Hai Street) has a scale of 1 ground floor, 3 floors with a total usable floor area of 1663.2 ^m2 . The school consists of 10 classrooms and functional rooms such as traditional room, medical room, office, physicaleducation hall, teacher's lounge, one-way kitchen... The project was under construction for more than 1 year.

The total investment of Kindergarten 12, District 4 is more than 36.6 billion VND. Of which, the cost of compensation for site clearance is more than 16 billion VND, the construction cost is more than 15.6 billion VND, and the equipment cost is more than 2.4 billion VND.

Ms. Huynh Le Diem Kieu, Principal of Kindergarten 12, said that the school used to have 1 main campus and 6 separate locations. The facilities at the separate locations were degraded, children could not study in one place, teachers' teaching and children's learning efficiency were affected. Therefore, when Kindergarten 12, District 4 was inaugurated today, in the atmosphere of 50 years of national reunification, everyone was happy.

Kindergarten 12, District 4 currently has 5 classes with 110 children. In the 2025-2026 school year, the school plans to enroll 10 classes with 295 children.

Mr. Vo Thanh Dung, Vice Chairman of District 4 People's Committee, said that District 4 has more than 30 separate kindergarten locations. The district will focus on building more new schools so that children can have better and more modern schools. In the near future, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City will start construction on two more projects: Nguyen Hue Secondary School and the Cultural and Sports Center.
