Foam factory where the fire occurred
According to initial information, at around 8:00 p.m. on June 6, a fire broke out fiercely at a foam facility on Ho Ngoc Lam Street (Ward 16, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City).
At this time, many security guards used fire extinguishers and pulled water hoses to put out the fire but were unsuccessful.
Upon receiving the news, the Fire Police and Rescue Force of District 8 Police (Ho Chi Minh City Police) mobilized vehicles and officers and soldiers to the scene. After that, the soldiers divided into many directions to approach the facility to spray water to put out the fire.
About 1 hour later, the fire was completely extinguished and also prevented from spreading to neighboring facilities.
