From identifying trends and information trends to recognizing community sentiments and emotions—positive, neutral, and negative—it provides in-depth analysis for each issue being collected and analyzed, helping users better understand the target audience and content they are interested in.
Furthermore, Socialbeat allows users to create flexible and diverse reports based on data collected through various mechanisms, from quick reports and periodic reports to comprehensive and in-depth analytical reports. From overview reports to detailed analyses, users can customize them to meet the specific needs of each operating unit, in line with assigned tasks.
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Information and Communications, information collected on the Internet about the city is an important source of data, which can be considered the voice and wishes of the people to the city government. This software also helps city leaders quickly grasp developments in various areas and activities of local government as reflected by citizens on social media platforms.
Mr. Lam Dinh Thang, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Information and Communications, said that this software is a shared platform for the entire city, and there will be a permanent department to monitor and manage the system. To implement it, the Department of Information and Communications will provide training to ensure that units are proficient in using this tool and exploiting information on the Internet to create products that serve the operational and management work of many units.
The launch event also included a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement between the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Information and Communications, the City's Business Association, and the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association to protect citizens and businesses from online risks; to disseminate and educate on legal matters; and to provide legal assistance and advice to citizens and businesses related to the field of information and communications.
